My kids and I train in Martial Arts and compete in tournaments for fun. Being involved with my kids is the highlight of my life and keeps us focused and disciplined, not to mention the strength we gain as a family to participate together.

Our style is Goju....which translates to "Hard and Soft System Empty Hand Way". It is an original form of Okinawan Karate developed from Southern Chinese Monk Fist and White Crane Boxing. By definition "Karate" are only those arts that originated on the island of Okinawa
